PyraSeal Satin Seal is a penetrating sealer comprising of an alkali stable siloxane-resin in an acrylic resin solution which when applied at the specified rates will give a satin finish, highlighting colours of the natural stone or ground concrete. Suitable for porous natural stone and concrete surfaces.

Pyraseal Satin is very versatile and the key to it, like any sealer, is to ensure the concrete is tight/dense enough to not suck the sealer in before you can mop it.

If the concrete is less than 32mpa then I would suggest putting a good coat of PyraHard Potassium or C2 Hard Blend densifier down to help the Pyraseal Satin to build a thin film over the concrete, and not disappear into the slab.

It is supplied ready to use, however it It can be diluted with Xylene for tighter concrete surfaces or to clean up spills. You must apply the sealer in a well-ventilated area as per the safety instructions. If the concrete is in the sun when applying the sealer, it is a good idea to add Xylene (around 20%) to make sure you have enough working time. For polished surfaces, the coverage will be more, and the sealer can be buffed with a white pad to create a glossy finish.
