C2 Grind Aid+ is a water-based blend of surfactants and silicates applied to the concrete surface prior to and during wet-grinding. The formulation is specially designed to penetrate and react with concrete, leaving a harder and denser surface after grinding. By minimizing scratches, C2 Grind Aid+ reduces the amount of time spent with each metal and lower grit resin-bound diamond tooling, shortening the overall project timeline and extending the life of the diamonds.
Using a special blend of surfactants, C2 Grind Aid+ lifts concrete slurry solids away from the surface, suspends them and clears the path for the diamonds. This keeps the slurry solids from interfering with the ability of the diamonds to remove the concrete surface, increasing efficiency. C2 Grind Aid+ combines the technologies of surfactants and silicates to perform as both a grinding aid and concrete hardener.
